Cheap paintball gun sniper?

I was wondering if anyone knew a good paintball gun that has really good accuracy and can shoot up, of course, but I want one with a gun stock and a longer range, but I will not pay anything over $ 200 so if someone can help is awsome.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Soe-fbP17VY Tippmann 98C. One of the most reliable paintball guns you can buy. All weapons shoot the same distance with the exception of Flatline barrel and apex (apex much better when installed on a barrel of other actions). Any increase in the range increase the chances that paintball bounce and less accuracy. Accuracy comes from a good paintball game paintball and a good barrel where the paintball can be easily driven out of the barrel but not roll out or get stuck. A barrel is a good Palmers brass (no more than 16 ", porting not needed on Tippmann, 690 Hole) http://www.palmer-pursuit.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=22_34&products_id=291 longer barrel means no more long range. The ideal barrel length is 12 "-16". Longer makes the weapon more difficult to maneuver. I suggest getting a used Tippmann 98 on Ebay. A package with a couple updates normally sells for less than $ 100 shipped. I had a good performance and Nelsplat Special Forces paintballs. One area is only good for looks, the scope to do more and be more accurate than paintball. A red dot sight come the closest in function, as it will give a general idea that the paintball will go.
