i hear theres alot of ion stock and spyder stock or whatever and i dont know what it means so someone please help me

Yup, agreed with above. They mean original, straight out of the box. Milsim areas the word might mean an upgrade for the marker that attaches in the rear of the marker and resembles a rifle stock.
